Favorite Firefox Features

Here are a few deceptively simple Mozilla Firefox features that are really useful (aside from the obvious ones, of course :).

A simple feature: type a domain, such as "google" in the location bar, then Ctrl-Enter. The location will automatically convert to "http://www.google.com" and load the site. Okay, Internet Explorer also does that. But there's more. Type Shift-Enter for http://www....net and Ctrl-Shift-Enter for http://www....org.

A simple extension: whenever you find a url that is written as text but isn't a link, the Text Links extension allows you to select the url, right-click, and open the url in a new tab.

"Shift-Enter for http://www....net and Ctrl-Shift-Enter for http://www....org"

Which is exactly what IE does also.
